See the packaging equipment pageWe build small dedicated machines focused on a specific target motion, covering design, parts sourcing, prototyping, and condition logging as one flow. Rather than starting from general-purpose robots, we start from machines that reliably reproduce only the motion that is needed.
When automating manual work, starting with a multi-axis robot tends to inflate both cost and tuning effort. At Seimeido, we observe the target motion, break it into elements, and first build a dedicated machine that reproduces only that motion reliably. Only when the degrees of freedom run short do we consider extending to Cartesian mechanisms or robot arms.
