Equipment Manufacturing

Packaging Equipment

We work on compact, benchtop-class packaging machines, starting with a device that draws air out of a bag and heat-seals it. The target is standalone machines usable as-is at small-scale sites, not large packaging lines.

Where packaging equipment sits

Packaging equipment is one area within our equipment manufacturing. Each machine is managed by purpose, intended use, required functions, components, and prototyping stage, and proceeds step by step from design and parts-supplier scouting.

Bag Deaeration Sealer

Design & parts-supplier scouting

A machine that reduces the air inside a plastic bag by suction and seals it with heat. By focusing on air suction and heat sealing rather than full vacuum packaging, we aim for a compact, easy-to-handle machine. Intended uses include food, parts protection, light packaging, and sample storage.

Compact Packaging Equipment

Concept stage

An umbrella for benchtop-class machines that support small-scale packaging processes beyond deaeration sealing. We are organizing shared elements such as holding, transport, and control so it can later extend to other packaging methods.
